Our Certified Dental Assistants
Certified Dental Assistants are technically trained individuals who provide dental care and education to patients
of all ages, under the direction of Dr. Maduke and Dr. Bulat. Dental Assistants are required to successfully complete a special
course beyond the basic CDA training in order to be qualified to work in our office. Assistants in our office work
directly with Dr. Maduke and Dr. Bulat and are involved in taking radiographs, molds, and photographs of the teeth, inserting wires
and fitting corrective appliances. Continuing education is a requirement for certified dental assistants, and it plays
a significant role in our office, keeping our assistants up to date on the latest technology and issues. |

Our Laboratory Technicians
Our highly trained laboratory technicians operate our on-site orthodontic laboratory, and are responsible for fabricating the appliances
we use to correct the many different types of malocclusions we see. They work directly with Dr. Maduke and Dr. Bulat in custom designing
the necessary appliances required for each individual patient, are committed to excellence, and are an integral part of our team. |

Our Front Desk
Our front desk consists of a team of specifically trained individuals who assure that you receive courteous and efficient
service. Their experience and training in the field of orthodontics qualifies them to answer many of the questions you may
have regarding treatment, scheduling appointments, correspondence, or financial options. |

Our Treatment Coordinator (TC)
Our Treatment Coordinator guides our patients through the initial appointment at our office. She is interested in making
your experience here pleasant and comfortable. In addition, she assists in helping you understand the details of your
orthodontic treatment by answering questions with the visual aid of our computer technology. The TC not only assists Dr.
Maduke and Dr. Bulat with the initial exam, but she follows through the treatment, coordinating with your general dentist, or with
other specialists if required. |
